We want you to love every Pehrayat purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🗓 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Our support team will guide you through the simple steps to return or exchange your item.

💸 Refunds via Credit Note Only

Pehrayat does not offer refunds to bank accounts, UPI, or original payment methods.
All approved returns are processed as Pehrayat Credit Notes which can be used on your next purchase.

In rare cases, refunds to the original payment method may be approved at our discretion by the support team.

🚨 Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

Received something wrong or damaged? We’ve got you covered!

If you receive:

  • A wrong product
  • A damaged item
  • A defective piece

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and choose the reason: "Wrong/Damaged Item".

📹 IMPORTANT: A parcel opening video is mandatory to process such claims.
 This helps us investigate and resolve your issue quickly.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Products bought on final sale or clearance
  • Customized or altered items
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Orders returned without prior approval

📦 Pickup & Shipping

In most cases, we arrange return pickups through our courier partners.
 If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our warehouse. We will reimburse the courier charges as Pehrayat credit (up to a fixed limit).
