Pehrayat Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Pehrayat, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers across India. We offer Free Shipping, Free Returns, and Free Exchanges on all domestic orders to ensure you find the perfect ethnic wear.

1. 7-Day Flexible Window (India Only)

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel. To qualify, items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We offer a one-time free exchange per order to help you get the right size or style.

2. Refund & Store Credit Policy

To maintain fairness and transparency, we follow a two-tier refund policy:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we provide a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement at no extra cost.

  • Change of Mind: If the product is perfect but you wish to return it because it didn't meet your personal preference, we provide the full value as a Store Credit Note. This credit is valid for any future purchase on our website.

  • No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any restocking or processing fees.

3. Free Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Zero Shipping Costs: We provide Free Shipping on all orders delivered within India.

  • Free Reverse Pickup: For eligible returns or exchanges within India, we arrange a pickup from your doorstep at no additional cost. You receive the full value of your purchase back without any deductions for logistics.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched from our Surat warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
