1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website is governed by our Privacy Policy. This explains how we collect and safeguard your personal information. Please visit our Privacy Policy page for more details.

3. Product Information & Pricing

  • Accuracy: We strive for precise product details. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or photography lighting.

  • Visuals: We recommend reviewing original product images before purchase.

  • Pricing: All prices are in INR (₹). We reserve the right to modify prices without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Details: Customers must provide accurate phone numbers, emails, and addresses.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Wallets.

  • No Full COD: Please note that Full Cash on Delivery is not available. We only offer a Partial COD facility as detailed in Section 12.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available across India, generally within 4–9 working days. While we provide Free Shipping on all orders, Pehrayat is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Requests must be made within 7 days for unused items with tags.

  • Process: Standard returns are refunded via a Credit Note.

  • Damages: An unboxing video is mandatory to process refunds for damaged items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content—including text, images, and logos—is the intellectual property of Pehrayat. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Partial COD & Advance Policy

To ensure order commitment and reduce fraudulent bookings, we follow a strict Partial COD system:

  • Advance Payment: A fixed advance of ₹100 must be paid online to confirm any COD order. The balance is payable at delivery.

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: If you cancel the order before dispatch, the ₹100 advance will be fully refunded.

  • Post-Dispatch Policy: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses to accept the order at the doorstep, the ₹100 advance is non-refundable. This amount covers the two-way shipping costs incurred by us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat.
