Shipping policy

At Pehrayat, we deliver your favorite ethnic wear quickly and safely across India. Please review our updated policy regarding order dispatch, delivery, and our Partial COD system.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

We prioritize quality above all else. Consequently, we take 1 to 2 business days to perform a rigorous quality check before handing your order to our courier partners. We may contact you for address verification before processing.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

Orders are generally in transit for 4 to 7 business days once dispatched. Therefore, the total delivery time is usually 5 to 9 business days.

3. Partial COD Policy (Important)

To ensure order commitment, we do not offer full Cash on Delivery. Instead, we use a Partial COD system.

  • Advance Payment: A fixed advance of ₹100 is required to confirm your COD order. The remaining balance is paid at delivery.

  • Cancellation (Pre-Dispatch): If you cancel before the item is shipped, your ₹100 advance is fully refunded.

  • Cancellation (Post-Dispatch): Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in transit.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse the order at your doorstep, the ₹100 advance is non-refundable. This covers the two-way shipping costs we incur.

4. Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via Email or SMS. This message will contain your tracking number. Generally, tracking links become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Damages & Delivery Issues

If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact care@pehrayat.com immediately with photo or video proof. Furthermore, if your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received the item, notify us within 48 hours to investigate.
