We currently ship across all locations in India.

📦 2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of any delay due to stock unavailability or unforeseen issues, our team will inform you via WhatsApp or email.

🕒 3. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Tier 1 cities may receive orders faster than Tier 2 or rural areas.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier partner delays, or national holidays.

💰 4. Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping is available on all prepaid and COD orders — no minimum order value required.

  • No additional hidden charges at checkout.

🛑 5. Delivery Attempt & Failure

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If you are unavailable or the delivery fails due to incorrect address/contact details, the order may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, re-shipping can be arranged, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking link via email or WhatsApp

  • Real-time updates on your shipment status

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.

🛍️ 7. Bulk or Prepaid Orders

For large quantity or high-value prepaid orders, we may contact you to verify details before dispatch. This helps us prevent fraud and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

❗ 8. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If your parcel is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Contains a wrong or defective product

Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a parcel opening video for a faster resolution. Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
