By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

3. Product Information and Pricing

a. Pehrayat offers a curated range of fully stitched women’s ethnic wear, including suits, kurtis, sarees, lehengas, and gowns.
 b. We strive to provide accurate product details, including images, prices, and specifications. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting during photography.
 c. Some products include both model and original product images. We strongly recommend checking original product images before purchasing, as slight differences may occur due to posture, lighting, or styling.
 d. All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
 e. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or offer at any time.

4. Orders and Payments

a. Orders must be placed with accurate and complete information.
 b. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
 c. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud.
 d. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

a. Delivery is available across India with standard timelines of 4–7 working days.
 b. We offer free shipping for both prepaid and COD orders.
 c. Pehrayat is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or logistical disruptions beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

a. Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags and packaging.
 b. Only one exchange is allowed per order.
 c. To request a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 63547 85848 or email care@pehrayat.com.
 d. After successful quality check (QC) of the returned item, a Pehrayat Credit Note (valid for 3 months) equal to the product value will be issued.
 e. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods.
 f. For wrong/damaged/defective items, a parcel opening video is mandatory to process the claim.
 g. If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pincode, you may self-ship the item and share the courier receipt. Reimbursement (up to a fixed limit) will be provided as credit.

7. Combo or Offer-Based Orders

If you're returning part of a combo or an offer-based order:

  • Refund/credit will be calculated based on discounted price of each item.
  • If the original offer conditions (e.g., Buy 2 Get 10% Off) are no longer met after return, the final refund value will be adjusted accordingly.

8. International Orders

At present, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. Stay tuned for updates as we expand globally.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, text, graphics, and designs, are the intellectual property of Pehrayat. You may not reproduce, republish, or use any content without written consent.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time without notice, especially in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pehrayat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
